« We booked for a night because we would be in the area and wanted to take a day in the Shawnee. It's very close to some great spots in national forest. Definitely check out Bell Smith Springs if the weather cooperates. The camper is on the same property as the host's winery and he was on-site at the winery during business hours and happy to answer questions about the area and property. We took advantage of the grill and little fishing pond when we got back for the forest. »

« The cabin was great. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The property is beautiful. We loved watching the wildlife from the front porch. We will definitely rent again when we come back to southern Illinois! »

« This RV is so beautiful and comfortable! Chelcee is an amazing host and really thought of everything! She responded to our questions promptly. We had 3 adults and 3 children in our party. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The grandkids are already asking to go back next year! »

« This cabin was perfect for a short weekend getaway! It was clean, homey, and comfortable. We loved the fire pit in the yard and were pleasantly surprised by how good the shower was. The only negatives were that there weren’t filters for the coffee maker (we should’ve thought to bring our own, but they did provide kcups) and the internet didn’t really work. However, neither of those things put a damper on our trip. »

« The property is amazing. We had a lot of fun hanging together with the kids enjoying nature. The only issues was the pin on the map is not accurate at all. I've always used it in the past the time took us down a very scary road that i thought we would get stuck. »

« Beautifully relaxing trip, great hikes,wineries and distilleries. Bird watching in the mornings, playng cards , grilling and sitting in the hot tub. »

« Two night stay for wedding at nearby venue. The cottage was very new and clean. Perfect for a couple wanting to getaway or for a lake vacation. Kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. »

« We had a great stay at this cute cabin! The property is quiet and peaceful, with lovely surroundings. The cabin itself has so many thoughtful touches throughout. It was very comfortable and well-stocked, even basic spices, cooking oil, and tupperware were provided, which made meal prep so easy. We especially appreciated the firewood being supplied for the outdoor fire pit. Everything was clean, cozy, and just as pictured. Highly recommend! »

« Wonderful spot for family fun!!We swam, fished, hiked, and relaxed. Even our college aged kid loved it!! A perfect spot for our family vacation. »

« This is a nice place to stay is a little worn. But overall clean, great view, plenty of room. Kayaks are shared with 3 other properties but is enough for everyone. We had a great experience. »
