« Had to use doorbell to get into office to check in- rang 3 times. Agent seemed annoyed and was in a rock and roll tshirt. Room was clean with the exception of the hvac system. Air smelt funny and cover pulled off showed system has not been cleaned if ever. Property very dated and attempted updates are sloppy and cheap at best. Several issues with broken sheetrock near floor, couch rock hard and dirty, wore shoes the entire time. Was too tired to find another place but do not recommend staying...

« Nice ambiance inside and out. Great AC and ceiling fan (we want one just like it now). It was a nice retreat after 6 days of college tours. Cabin is in the middle of lots of hiking and river fun. Nothing bad about the cabin, just be aware there’s only a couple places to eat within miles and their hours / days vary. Oark Country Store and Byrd’s are nearby and both are excellent. »

« I was a little hesitant to book this because of the reviews on vrbo however, Im glad I went with my gut and booked it. It was clean, stocked with towels, wash cloths, bedding. The AC was cold! It was cozy and inviting. The intricacies of the build were impressive. The yard was spacious for our dogs to play. There was a nice sitting area outside however because summers are brutal we didn't really get to enjoy. We loved the big shade tree. It wasnt in town but it was close enough to get door dash...

« We had a great time! The trails in the back were super fun to walk on and sitting around the fire pit and hanging out in the hot tub were a blast. I would highly recommended this property to anyone wanting to be out in nature »

« Cozy and clean. Beautiful view off of the back deck. We were there to float the Mulberry and it was about a 10 minute drive to Wolf Pen Recreation area and maybe a mile and half to The Oark General store so lactation was great! »
