« THE LOBBY AREA AND PARKING WERE CLEAN, THE STAFF NOT TOO FRIENDLY, ONLY 3 TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM THE WERE STAINED AND THEN THE NEXT DAY THEY TOOK THE TOWELS BUT DIDNT CLEAN THE ROOM WHICH WAS KIND OF CONFUSING AND WHEN MY DAUGHTER WENT TO ASK FOR MORE TOWELS FIRST WAS TOLD NO THEN SHE WALKED TO THE LAUNDRY AREA AND ASK SOMEONE FOR TOWELS AND THE PERSON TOLD HER WE HAVE TO WAIT 10-15 AND SOMEONE WILL TAKE IT TO THE ROOM. NOT SURE IF ITS ALWAYS LIKE THAT BUT THERE WAS A LOT OF PEOPLE AT NIGHT IN...

« The room was super clean. Valet attendants always attentive & courteous. Walked to get bagels one morning & can walk to some surrounding restaurants. The onsite coffee shop is nice w/room to work in the morning, if needed, & hotel restaurant food was good. Still a little strange to me that check inâs at a small pop up kiosk (thought was temp last time I stayed 2 yrs ago), which doesnât seem to be on par with the rest of the hotel, but everything else was great & Iâll definitely stay there...

Je suis trÚs déçue car j'ai perdu une belle somme pour rien et l'hÎtelier ne daigne pas rembourser. C'est honteux et cela démontre une totale absence d'ampathie et de sens commercial.
