„We stayed here for a few nights while visiting the Poas Volcano and area waterfalls. Our stay here was WONDERFUL! The place is clean, updated and has such a beautiful view. The host had great communication. We booked the place specifically for the hot tub and it did not disappoint, such a relaxing way to end the day after lots of hiking. 10/10 recommend!!“

„Very clean loft, awesome views from the balcony/hot tub, very responsive host. Has everything you need with a convenient store and local restaurant just a couple minutes walk down the street, Poas Volcano/park nearby and the town of Poas 10 minute drive away (huge restaurant selection, gas stations, supermarket etc.). Can get windy as it's up on a hill so bring ear plugs or white noise app if you're a light sleeper “

„Nous sommes arrivés très tard un soir plutôt froid et de grand vents. La maison était très fraîche à notre arrivée mais après avoir parti les chauffage d’appoint nous étions assez bien. Notre surprise a été le lendemain matin, lorsque nous avons vu la beauté du terrain super bien aménagé pour les enfants. Nous ne sommes restés que 3 nuits mais nos enfants ont bien profité des jeux extérieur. La maison en tant que telle est plutôt petite mais tout y est. Parfait pour décrocher du quotidien!“

„We had a fabulous time. The owner, Cesar is so nice and friendly. They made us delicious Pina Coladas as a welcome gift & they were ON POINTE! He prepared wonderful food for us for breakfast (which was included) and dinner which was reasonably priced and cooked to perfection. He gave us tips on going up to a waterfall for the day and helped us put in the Coordinate on GPS so that we could make it there without any troubles. The accommodations were so nice and clean. We visited the nearby la paz gardens, which was amazing. And we went up to see the poas volcano, which cleared up nicely for us so we get a good look. And of course loved our visits from mani and duke, the resident pups!! A wonderful stay in a beautiful home. “

„This hotel in nothing more than several rotted out cabins on the hill. The site says a 2 star hotel, it is not a one star by anyone's measure. If you do not have a jeep 4 wheel drive do not attempt to drive down to the hotel. We booked this and went to the hotel. The area was closed, due to volcanic activity, but since we had a reservation the police let us pass. I started down the road, stopped and walked over 800 meters to the lodge.
