« Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine. »

« If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit. Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms. The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings. When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...

« Room did not have amenities promised. Staff not on property so cannot help with amenities. Door would not shut properly without a lot of effort. Not pleased with room quality compared to photos online. »

« Nous avons sélectionné cet hôtel car il est indiqué dans les détails qu’il y’a un Room service 24h24. Il n’y avait pas de room service à notre arrivée. Nous avions également choisit une chambre supérieure et nous avons eu une chambre classique pour le même prix… Pas très sérieux. »

« Loved it! This hotel is expensive, but I believe it offers great value. It’s luxurious without being pretentious, and I appreciate the fact that they do not charge you for every little thing, but rather include almost everything in the price. I highly recommend this hotel. »
