« Staff was very attentive to our needs. We had an issue with the room and was immediately given another room and he apologized for the inconvenience and offered to help us move our luggage. Only issue that was a real problem was the noise created when adjoining room to our room 118 was when they ran the water in the morning. So loud it woke us up. The breakfast at 8am was very picked over and some items were depleted. The staff member offered to make more of the depleted items. When...

« Good value for the price. Rooms were clean, pool was clean. Breakfast was okay, cereal was stale, but the bagels were good. Staff were great. »

« It was noisy because of all the slamming doors. The blackout curtain had multiple tears or holes. The A/C was barely adequate. This hotel needs a major renovation. »

« Was told by hotel that if i booked 2 rooms with the same card ( even through a third party booking) that they would be side by side or across the hall from each other but they put us on two different floors and wouldn’t fix it we booked a month in advance also. There were minor things in the room that could use attention. Also psa: Holiday Inn no longer puts coffee pots or cups in their rooms and dont bother to tell you when you check in. »
