« We stopped over at Sea Breeze Beach Hotel for one night on our road trip from the Gold Coast to Sydney. It offered a 2 pm check-in which was great. Communication was great. We recd an email prior to check-in saying if you needed a microwave or toaster etc anything else you just need to ask. « Previously I have always booked moon river without problems, but the last experience was uncalled for, being treated rudely by staff in the restaurant and delivery food to our table that had watered down smoked BBQ sauce and trying to pass it off as sweet and sour, plus the meat was undercooked. I felt discriminated against and treated poorly, I travel all the time and I will no longer use your motel. »
