„The restaurant did not have the wine on the menu and the staff did not know what to do and had no clue what wine was what. The chef called in and they didn’t have a good back up plan. Poor waiter was trying his best and the manager had no clue, but tried. Rooms was super clean!“

„The hot tub was not working properly because they did not heat it up prior to guests arriving. I am in the property management industry and have been for over 14 years and I had to make sure I include that in my conversation for them to heat up the pool. Multiple guests complained about this as well. I will not be returning. Not to mention the internet kept going out and we could not watch tv. “

„Stayed with my mom & five year old. Could not have asked for a better experience. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction. - The breakfast had something for everyone & was more elevated than most breakfast options I’ve seen. - The room was nice & clean with a great view of the river - The restaurant on site was great- we had dinner there one night & everything we ordered was delicious - The pool was a big hit with my little guy, and was the perfect height for him - Easy short ...

„Staff was friendly and resolved keycard issues instantly. Room was clean and so was the rest of the property. My only two complaints were the bathroom door being kind of annoying (sliding glass door) and the bed was rather stiff. Other than that, I would not mind returning for my next trip to the Cincinnati area. Great stay with plenty of restaurants nearby.“

„Wir haben ein Nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht aber im Zimmer und besonders im Bad hat es nach Rauch gerochen. Der Tisch und die Nachttische waren total dreckig, selbst nach säubern des Tisches, klebte er immer noch. Die Nähe zur Interstate tat ihr übriges, ruhig ist etwas anderes.“

„Prima Hotel auf der anderen Seite des Ohio Rivers. Mit einem Trolleybus für zwei Dollar pro Person und Fahrt kann man die Stadt gut erkunden!“

„The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. “
