« Le lieu est très sale, les tapis n’avaient pas été aspirés (miettes etc.), la table était collante. Jamais je ne me serais risqué à y cuisiner, au vu de l’état du four (très sale) et de l’état général. Les toilettes n’avaient manifestement pas été nettoyées (traces et poils). La couverture était poussiéreuse, sale et pleine de poils (probablement d’animaux). Sur le radiateur situé derrière la porte de la salle de bain, il y avait plein de cheveux. « The tiny house is an excellent concept, stayed with my two 14 year old daughters for 3 day ski trip and experience was five star- from pricing, to check in, to check out. Within walking distance of restaurants in Leadville, and 5 min drive to Safeway grocery store. House was equipped with everything one needs and very weak kept and very clean. Fully recommend it! »

« Very nice stay, Pauline greeted me at check-in and was very friendly. The location was great as we could walk to everything on Leadville’s Main Street. The background noise machine was pleasant as we were greeted with the sound of chirping birds and the place smelled nice. We enjoyed visiting the near by fish hatchery and Twin Lakes. « It is my 2nd stay in this property and I've stayed in Leadville in many ABnbs. The space is great and plenty of room, though my party is small. The kitchen is stocked and upgraded. Main living space is great. The shower is a bit dated but is fine for my use. It is great to have the fenced backyard, though upkeep could be improved (grass is up to a foot long) and maybe add some basic deck furniture. Overall was another great stay and will look to book again. »
