It was located in a great location… Right off of Platte Lake, close to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, Traverse City, and Frankfort. Laura responded quickly and was very helpful with any questions that I had. It was our first trip to Michigan and Laura help make our trip an amazing one!“

„We have stayed in many VRBO properties. This was our best yet. Jerry was excellent in his communication and he has clearly thought of everything. Plenty of cooking supplies, games outdoors, and great instructions. The property gave us easy access to beaches, canoeing, and hiking. It’s rural so grocery shopping can be a slight challenge. The property was super clean and well maintained. Thanks for a great stay. “

„1950s-60s style cottage — a cottage, not a house. Perfect feeing. Excellent location right on the lake. Clean and comfortable — except for the sofa. Could use a more comfortable sofa, but sometimes sofa beds can be like that.“

„We frequent this area a few times a year but this was our first staying closer to Platte Lake. The property was well maintained and secluded. The house was very well kept. We had a minor hurdle during check in but John was incredibly responsive and it was resolved quickly and respectfully. We will definitely add this to our list for future visits.“

„Wow, this place is central to so many great spots. In one week we did so much around the area. My 2.5YO and 6YO loved the property. The water is shallow all the way out to the buoys. My 6 year old and wife walked out to the buoys 4x. My 2YO loved playing in the water but mostly loved digging in the beach on the property with all the provided toys & tools. The flower garden quickly became their scooter “race track” where they raced around loving life. One thing to watch for with the littles is ...
