„Staff so friendly!!“

„Rooms weren't cleaned; I did not get the room I reserved due to it not being cleaned, and that goes for several others who were there. I had to use my flashlight through the hallway in order to see to get to my room. The majority of the electrical wasn't working, the shower did not work and the pool was inoperable. There were so many issues that I cannot remember them all. The fire department should shut this place down for multiple code violations as this place was an utter fire hazard.  ...

„This was our second stay at Home of the Brave. This house is nicely laid out, comfortable and so clean. It has everything you need to enjoy a short stay on Indian Lake. The hosts were great with timely communications. Should we have need to stay in the area again, we would definitely hope this rental was available. “

„Check in was easy. Person running the VRBO very kind and responsive. There was a year round camper at the pool that screamed and cursed at our 10 year old for being on the rope. It was a huge overreaction and surely didn’t match the offense. Another lady tried to smooth it over but it was too late. It ruined the entire families night. The rule board says nothing about the rope. He was nasty and loud. Also tried to call out another family member and cause a fight to which we ...

„House is in a wonderful location, quiet and sits on a beautiful lot. Bedrooms were spacious and lots of living space and dinning areas. Loved being on the inlet to drop a fishing line. Only 1 shower in the house, the other bathroom has a tub and connecting shower line. Would be great for kids but for adults a little hard to manage, however not a deal breaker and would rent the house again! We enjoyed the back patio and sitting out there enjoying the views in the mornings and and having ...

„The cottage is very cozy! We spent a day at Mad River Mountain and the rest of our time here. We brought a lot of games along, but Cyndi had chess and a few others there too. She decorated for Valentine's Day for us, left amazingly tasteful cupcakes, and even special stuff for our pet that came along! The kids loved the loft! The mattress up there is especially nice too! She left us some firewood for the fireplace, which was so nice, but I wish we had thought to bring some extra from home too. ...

„Perfect little spot for a lake stay. Store was so close in case you forgot anything but the house came stocked with all the essentials which we really appreciated! Boat ramp was also close which we really appreciated and there was enough parking for the family!“
