« This is a great hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast! The rooms are great and have a kitchenette and living room area. Very comfortable. Nice landscaping around the hotel! Mayo shuttle service is very helpful! The pink flamingo shuttle and drivers are very uplifting and kind. »

« I liked the bed, it was high enough to get out of as a person who needs help with most everything. Got to the restroom by myself and back to bed with no issues. I hate that I can’t enjoy the breakfast because of my cancer. »

« The people up stair where loud, we had to call the front desk to ask them to put there kids to bed it was around 1am and all we heard was running and jumping around! Still did help they didn’t listen! »

« The staff goes above and beyond here to make sure that your stay is comfortable. Great place to stay if you are are Mayo Clinic patient . They provide transportation and/ or if you’re able, you can walk there. we’ve stayed here twice and will be going back a third time. »

« I am going into the second month of my extended stay at Aspen. My daughter is at St Marys Mayo waiting for a heart. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful place Aspen is. The staff goes above and beyond, the rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. This is truly a home away from home. Thank you so very much »

« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes… Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu...
