« Wake up to the Rock River! What a neat experience to wake up to the Rock River and eat breakfast near it as well. Our room had a patio that looked out to the river; my family loved that! »

« The room was nice as it was recently remodeled. There was no notice that the hotel was being completely redone. No signs where to enter. Had to park on the road. If it weren’t for another guest outside we would have thought it wasn’t open. I guess it will be nice when done but wouldn’t stay there until then. »

« Very new hotel. Accommodations were fine. Took a while to get got water up to my room (was booked into the 4th floor). However, once the water was warm, it was good. Didn't like being told i had to pay a coverage for damage to the room. Charged $50 that'll be refunded at some point. Not sure when that'll be. Would've been nice to know that at the time of making the booking and not feeling forced to comply when I'm at the check-in counter. Overall, I'm town on if I'll book another stay here....

« The air conditioner for the unit was out along with the air for 40 other units. They had a small window air, which didn’t do much, had to go buy 2 fans to help cool. There were no activities for kids, water slide wasn’t working one day & needs redone as our granddaughter had scrapes all over her body. We’ve stayed here years ago, when it was Yogi Bear & had a blast. This place has gone down hill!!!!!!!! The laundry room was filthy. Will not sta »
