« To whom it may concern, I hope you are well. When I checked in, I borrowed a travel adapter with a deposit of 10 pound on 26 June 2026. I paid my deposit with my credit. When I checked out, I returned the travel adapter and the front desk agent told me that she would return my deposit in a couple of days. However, as of 18 July 2026, I have not received my deposit back yet. I sent messages to your hotel two times but no response. Could you check on this? Thanks. »

« Nous avons terminé notre séjour dans cet hôtel et nous pourrons le recommander. Son emplacement est idéal, aussi bien pour les voyageurs en voiture que pour ceux qui souhaitent rejoindre Londres en transports en commun. « The cabin was clean and had toilet rolls and shower gel etc it was the check in that was a nightmare we arrived on the dot at 3pm we were going to a surprise party at 4pm We didn’t get hold of the host until 5pm so we missed the start of the party we’ve had no apology for late check in at all »

« Fine, good bus to station nearby. Easy parking. Quiet neighbourhood. 3 sleepingrooms, but only 3 chairs in the kitchen and one bench in the livingroom. No small sphere lights downstairs. »

« Me and my husband really like the place , it's clean, the size of the 2 bedroom are just right, 2 bathroom is always a plus. The location is close to many shops and Dartford train station. Smart TV in the living room and of course having a WiFi connection is always great. But for me the most important is having Adi is an excellent host. She is always ready to attend to all our needs. We will definitely comeback if we needed a place to stay in Dartford. »

« I had a great time at the apartment. Host was very helpful. »
