« booked this property specifically because the listing said it had an oven, which was important as I was travelling for a strongman competition and had planned my meals around being able to cook. When we arrived, there was no oven, which completely disrupted my food prep and meant I had to change plans at extra cost. "Les personnes à la réception sont très agréables, patientes et efficaces. Certaines parties de l'infrastructure mériteraient d'être rénovées. Confort simple et il faut savoir que les chambres ne sont faites qu'au bout du 4e jour de présence, il faut demander les nouvelles serviettes et le papier toilette. Bien situé pour profiter de la ville."

"La chambre était propre, bien qu'il y ait eu un peu de poussière sur le rebord de la fenêtre. Dans l'ensemble, la chambre était en bon état, même si les volets roulants avaient parfois du mal à se fermer ou se bloquaient. L'iPad permettant de contrôler la chambre ne fonctionnait pas au début, mais nous avons heureusement reçu un appareil de remplacement en fin de journée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent : tout est à proximité et la station de métro sous l'hôtel rend les déplacements très faciles."

"A superb location on the river with the added bonus of the free river crossing ferry to Canary Wharf. Stunning views daytime and especially night time. Great helpful staff and superb rooms. Excellent bar area and outdoor seating. All this for an incredible price waaaaaay below hotel prices in London at this time of year. That said, although knowing it is a hostel-hotel, it was a bit of a surprise to see they allowed someone to join us in our room at half past midnight when asleep, especially when in a family group. (The person was very nice however). Overall though, highly recommended in all areas! Thanks for a superb stay for a night."

"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel lors d'un séjour à Londres. Son principal atout est son excellent emplacement, idéal pour accéder facilement au métro et aux principaux sites touristiques. La décoration est moderne, minimaliste et agréable, même si elle est parfois un peu trop épurée. Par exemple, la salle de bain ne dispose d'aucune prise électrique, ce qui est peu pratique. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtres. En revanche, nous avons rencontré un problème d'insonorisation. Installés au 2ᵉ étage, nous avons subi une musique extrêmement forte de 22 h à 2 h du matin, au point que les murs tremblaient, rendant le sommeil impossible. Nous pensions qu'il s'agissait d'un événement exceptionnel, mais la même situation s'est reproduite la nuit suivante. Après avoir signalé le problème, le personnel a été très réactif et nous a changé de chambre au 11ᵉ étage. Une fois déplacés, nous n'avons plus été dérangés. Nous avons également rencontré un souci lors du check-in, qui se fait sur des bornes en libre-service. Le système nous réclamait un montant supplémentaire alors que notre séjour avait déjà été intégralement payé. Heureusement, une employée est rapidement intervenue et a résolu le problème. En résumé, c'est un hôtel très bien situé avec un personnel serviable et réactif. Évitez les étages inférieurs si vous êtes sensibles au bruit."
