Mit Pool auch sehr gute Ausstattung. Zimmer modern und sauber, wir hatten schönen Blick auf Plaza. Preis/Leistung hervorragend. Die Lage ist somit im Zentrum perfekt, wiewohl es nicht viel zu sehen gibt. “

„Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Hervorheben möchte ich Andres, ein toller Mitarbeiter. Ebenfalls faszinierend war der Schamane Sebastian. Ein in meinen Augen ein Botschafter für die Kultur und Naturverbundenheit der Menschen die am Amazonas leben. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. „Stayed there a couple times. Nice clean rooms,friendly staff and beautiful decorations through the whole place. Walking around feels almost like being in a jungle labyrinth. „Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Fenix. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr nett und freundlich, man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Unser Zimmer war äußerst sauber und wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück – sehr lecker, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. The hotel now is very clean, fairly quiet with comfortable rooms/beds, great showers, good WiFi, wonderful staff and is set at a very fair price. „Old style comfortable hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Even the pool is kept very clean, which is not so easy in this tropical environment. WLAN works well even in the upper floor, although internet connection sometimes breaks down for minutes, which is probably not the hotel's fault. Altogether a very pleasant stay!“

"Komfortables Hotel im Zentrum, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig Wir hatten eine Suite im 5 Stock, sehr gutes Bad, bequemes Bett, alles sehr sauber Das Frühstück ist ok Was das Management unbedingt abstellen muss ist die unerträglich laute Livemusik vornehmlich am Wochenende, das Hotel ist innen offen über alle Etagen und der Krach dringt so bis in die letzten Etagen und macht das Schlafen unmöglich "
