„The property was older but has been updated. It is very convenient to the main part of town, close to several restaurants. It has a nice indoor heated pool and hot tub as well as a breakfast with several choices. The staff was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. There is no elevator but the stairs are reasonable between levels. We look forward to staying here again!“

„Do not second guess this hotel. Book now!!!! While on a road trip with my son we were looking for budget, and we hit the jackpot here. This hotel is nestled in the middle of Historic Downtown Manistee, about 50 minutes from Sleepy Bear Dunes. This hotel can be termed casual, laid-back. The rooms are roomy, well decorated as you see in the pictures, and very comfortable. There is a chocolate and ice cream shop next door. „The owner was very nice and helpful in suggesting where to eat in the area. Thanks to him I had a delicious dinner and a nice walk at a beach in Manistee. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, big and cozy. The area is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. After all, you’re inside a national forest. “
