« Hôtel simple mais convenable. Draps et serviettes moyennement propres, car manque de personnel nous a t on dit.... Au Petit déj, la serveuse préfère regarder son tel plutôt que de remettre des bagels, pas gracieuse. Lit trop mou a notre goût. Note, 5 sur 10 »

« Les serviettes sont tachées et déchirées, la tété ne fonctionnait pas et ils ne s’en sont pas occupés sauf le dernier jour ou à notre demande, ils nous ont fournis une nouvelle télécommande, les équipements de salle de bais brisés, un gros insecte écrasé. »

« The parking was good and the room was great, the breakfast could’ve been better if there were chocolate chips or blueberries for the waffles, but the one thing we could not get over, was how amazing the staff was, they were very kind, they helped with anything and everything they could, we enjoyed the stay very much and we will be staying there again if in the area. »

« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « The price was high considering the lobby is undergoing renovations and is inaccessible except for going outside the building in cold weather to get back inside. Add to that my room key did not work which required a second trip around the building with my luggage to get a new key(s). »
