„Property was OK but over priced and the staff was terrible . Manager Wanda was rude and even called the police to have us removed . We paid for a room with a single king bed and was given 2 doubles. When I complained or asked for a credit to ny bill she refused because I purchased through a 3rd party (Expedia) . Also kids were in the hall ways screaming and yelling . If you book through a 3rd party the hotel says you can be treated like a 2nd class citizen . “

„The staff and housekeeping was on point! Very friendly, always greeted us when we came in from going out daily and wished us a great day when we left. The room was nice size and cleaned daily. The breakfast in the morning was enough, it stayed the same daily, but was enough to choose from and Very tasty! We stayed for 2 weeks and the laundry room came in handy also, nice and enough for our needs. I would definitely recommend and I personally would stay again. “

„Our room was 75° plus for two days. I let the front desk know apparently the compressor for the AC was broken. The manager, Sarah was supposed to get back to me regarding a comp. I never heard back.“

„I had the worst experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude. The pool was ice cold. The first room she gave us was dirty. Beds unmade and all. Second room smelled like mold. Third room appeared clean. Once I pulled back the sheets, there was black hair all throughout them, on both beds. One comforter had blood on it. I had to go down to the front desk and ask for new bedding and remake our beds. The TV didn’t work. There was no conditioner in the shower. The list goes on ...

„Schönes Hotel, Frühstücksraum war aber sehr ungemütlich und kalte Atmosphäre. Personal war bemüht an der Rezeption. Umgebung war dem Flughafen entsprechend. “
