The fire pit and the pond across the road (short walk) was perfect for our down time inbetween our Hockinghills visit and dinner. Just far enough away from town. We would love to stay again. « We as a group have stayed all over the United States in Vrbo’s and other venues like it and this property was by far one of the best we have utilized. We were there from a Thursday to Sunday. We got rained out on Friday and it was an all day stay on property day. A huge screened in porch that connected to a roofed over shelter with the grill allowed us to still enjoy the cookout we had planned. « When driving up, we noticed immediately that the grounds are well kept. The signage is very helpful finding your place. I loved that the porches did not face eachother, even with all 4 tiny homes occupied it felt like we were the only people there. We did drive up to Hocking Hills which was a little further than I initially thought, but the scenery was nice along with lots of shops along the way. We enjoyed the pond as well, and fished. « Only stayed as a couple but this place could easily accommodate a family! It was clean and beyond comfortable! Two great bathrooms and two comfortable sitting areas to watch TV. Quiet and private! Host left us cookies upon arrival, which were delicious by the way. And honestly, one of my favorite touches was her instruction not to clean upon leaving because we were on vacation. « We loved our stay, from beginning to end. We experienced a quiet, cozy and inviting cottage with comfortable amenities and lovely natural surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring and walking mowed paths, immersing ourselves in birdsong and whispering pines. « We were quite impressed with our first stay in a tiny home! It was well supplied with what we needed, which, for the most part, was sleeping hours. If we were to make a few suggestions for comfort, we would recommend having a night stand on each side of the bed, and more hooks and shelving for storage, particularly in the bathroom. Also, hooks by the front door for coats, etc., would be a nice addition. We very much enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back. Thank you for your hospitality! »

« This property was huge in and out. We had more room inside than we needed and there were six of us. The outside fire pit and out building with a deck overlooking the river was a great spot for hanging out at night. The only issue we had was the upstairs toilet was not working at its best and the owner said it was most likely getting replaced. I will still give the property 5 stars because everything else was a plus and I would definitely rent again. »

« The property is very nice. The yard is large and has lots of things to enjoy. The cabin is a great size. Plenty of space for family to come over and visit and hang out. Enjoyed our stay and will be back. »
