« Great little rental that is clean and budget friendly. The only bad thing was that my corgi couldn't make it up the stair ladder into the loft due to his short stumpers, lol. My daughters and I enjoyed picking and eating the wild blackberries growing around the property. The host was very helpful and friendly. »

« The Lake House was very accommodating and clean. Super easy check in. The dock was great for our boat as we were there to do alot of fishing. Dock has lighting and electric for charging boat battery's after each trip. The neighborhood is very quite with almost no road traffic. Parking and boat trailer parking were more than adequate. Thank you to Tim & Dawn for the use of your home! We would definitely recommend! »

« Home was in a perfect location and was clean. It’s more for short stays for fishing or a get away. Didn’t have some of the amenities that I’ve been accustomed to at other properties or hotels. If the weather is good the outdoors is a beautiful place to entertain. If you have to go inside there isn’t much space to gather as a group. Ladies bring hair dryers and own toiletries. If you plan to cook bigger meal for more than two bring your own pots and pans and measuring cups. »

« I believe this home was, at one time in the past, lovely. However, it has not been kept up. And it was dirty. Mold in the bathroom shower. Cobwebs, many stains on the furniture. The hammock and the deck furniture worn, dirty and moldy. That said, the beds were comfortable.. I was sad to find only 8 forks and spoons in the drawer for a unit that sleeps 12. The check in and check out process was easy, and the hostess quick to communicate. »

« The house was attractive and clean although the appliances are a bit dated. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining. It’s a great location with quick access to fishing and convenient access to Chattanooga. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and the neighbors are very considerate. People with mobility issues, e.g., knees, etc., might find the walk down to the dock a little challenging. »
