Hotels in Mercer County suchen

„Very comfortable. Clean. Staff were exceptional. I found my new hotel brand if they're all like it.“

„We got there to check in and went to the room, but the room was dirty— twice before the third time the person on duty went to the room to verify it was clean before he assigned the room to us. Sounded like he was on the phone with the manager to report the problem because they were unaware the rooms weren’t clean, probably by housekeeping staff earlier in the day. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The carpet was disgusting in the hallways and really needs replaced, but the room ...

„Servicepersonal ist sehr gemüht. Das Zimmer war o.k. Aus meiner Sicht ist es immer ein schlechtes Zeichen, wenn der Zimmer-Fernseher besonders viele Kabel-Kanäle im Angebot hat: ja, es gibt einen Frühstücksraum, das Angebot ist mehr als sparsam (keine Angst: unten im Ort gibt es einen Starbucks); keines der Geräte im Fitnessraum funktioniert.“

„Was very run down and not clean. There were dead bugs on the carpet. There were live bugs flying around the room. Bed was miserable. They put me in the room next to the laundry and started doing laundry with what sounded like a sledgehammer at 4:00 am. Breakfast was all bread. No protein. Will never see me at this hotel again.“

„Front desk friendly and responsive. Room updated and clean, bed comfortable. So close to restaurants - enjoyed Dolly's.“

„CLean room and helpful staff“

„Helpful staff, clean room, great reasonable price. Only issue I had was getting the TV working.“

„This was acceptable for a night on the road. The only bug was a fly in the room. The bathroom was VERY questionable. It smelled bad. A stain on the blanket and towels but none on the sheets.“

„Didn’t like how the buildings were set up it was really confusing. The toilet didn’t really flush very well. The shower water pressure was decent but not great. The hair dryer didn’t work. The tv said we got channels 9-37 and there were only about 5 channels that actually were able to watch. All the other ones were like abstract paintings. The rest were just snow. The room was clean and the staff was friendly getting new towels for the second day. But they only have two. Could put a couple more ...

„No deadbolt and the door latch mechanism was missing from the jamb. Had to rely on the latch in the door to catch in the open hole in the jamb. There was a security swing latch that barely closed. There was food and candy wrappers on the floor in the corner next to the bed. Walked across the floor barefoot and had to clean my feet before putting socks on. Shower head coming out of the wall and spout pulled away from the wall.“

„The hotel was great. My room was very nice. The bed was more comfortable than some very expensive hotels that I have stayed at. The staff members were all great. There are many dining options nearby. There is plenty of free parking. This hotel is very convenient with regard to access to the highway. I would highly recommend this hotel when comparing to the other hotels in the area and in Beckley, WV. This hotel is very nice and affordable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.“

„Very homey, the beds were comfortable just an over all cute cabin“

„Great time“

„Communication with the owner was fantastic! He was very quick to respond to my questions. He even gave us great ideas of places to visit in the area and beautiful roads to take on our motorcycle trip. The check in process was seamless and the property was clean and very well maintained. The house was stocked with many supplies needed to live there for a week. The kitchen was great! Pots, pans, plates, and other assorted cookware. There were even common spices in the cupboard for cooking as well. ...
