« This small home sits on a big beautiful piece of a KY animal farm! Very clean, comfy beds, reclining leather couch, nice shower, lots of towels, extra blankets, nice backyard area, the kitchen had plenty of dishes and the animals were a Huge plus!! »

« We had a great stay, the shack on shortcut is a very cute and cozy place. This is on the owners property and a working farm. Neither bothered us but just a heads up. I also did not realize from the photos that the living area and recreation area are separate rooms which was nice. The bathroom is in the rec room with a step up into it. « We actually stayed in a different vrbo by this owner because the original house need unforeseen repairs just weeks before our arrival. The owner was great to accommodate. The house we stayed at is old (typical in the area) but it was clean and didn't smell old at all. Typically in old houses it can be dusty and the linens have an odd smell but not this house. We could tell the owner took care of the place. »

« Property is exactly as described - charming little place with an exquisitely comfy bed, a small shower stall in the bathroom, and a little kitchenette. We didn’t spend a lot of time there since we were in town specifically for a festival at Barren River Magic, but it suited our needs perfectly. We would definitely stay there again, and would hopefully get to see the cows next time! »

« Quaint rustic cabin setting was very comfortable for my family. We gathered from two other states and met with family from Edmonton to enjoy Thanksgiving. The cabin was the perfect size for us to gather and cook a large meal. We enjoyed our stay!! »
