« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here ! The loft apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything we could need. The apartment was more spacious than I expected. Just a short walk down the yard to the small beach and dock, and we spent great hours kayakng and just sitting on the beach. Kristine and Scott were very friendly, helpful and great to get to know a little. We will definitely be looking to visit and stay there again »

« My wife and I wanted to explore the NN region and started with Urbanna at this lovely house. Urbanna is charming and the house has a secluded, yet connected feel to the town. The view in the listing is understated -- it is fabulous. The house was well set up for weekenders and I can't think of anything I would change. This was an October stay, so temps were perfect and humidity was low. We plan to come back if possible! »

Easy access to White Stone, Kilmarnock and Urbanna. We took advantage of getting take out at The River Market in White Stone and Something Different in Urbanna. Forrest was VERY responsive. All in all….a great stay. »

« My husband and I stayed the weekend for the Urbanna Oyster Festival. It’s only 10 minutes out and it was very clean and the owner was very accommodating.It over looks the water and is a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend staying there! »

« top notch. beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on, in a short-term rental. We had 1 adult and 1 child in each bed, and I never felt the mattress moving or squeaking when my 9yo moved around. PLENTY of bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, blankets. kitchen/cooking items were well-stocked and good quality, and clean. « This is a nice quiet place to get away and just RELAX!! Had a great time and host was awsome he even brought us more charcoal for the grill!! They had everything we needed and had games for the kids to play. Would definitely recommend this property to anybody. Our family had a great time!! »
