« This is an awesome property to check out. The river is almost like a lake, it's extremely beautiful and secluded. Often times we were the only people in sight, and could see beautiful lake birds like Hurons and Loons. Disclaimer: be comfortable with some muck/mud if you are swimming (or plan for alternative swimming holes) »

« Everything was perfect! It was warm and cozy. Very accommodating! We loved having a pool and hot tub along with the beautiful views. A nice coffeemaker, ice machine, ice cream maker and mixer. Honestly, everything you could need or want they had. If you have kids there were plenty of games and a theater for them. Highly recommend! »

« We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Dave B.'s. The house is at the dead end of a gravel road so no one passes by. The house is well-stocked with all kinds of supplies. We availed ourselves of the fireplace and the Smart tv. Dave reminded us that there are no stores within a 20 minute drive so we were well-prepared with groceries. All of the light switches are labeled. Very helpful. We hope to come back next year, as do our dogs. They loved romping freely in the large yard and their leashed strolls...

« We came in town for a family funeral and we were looking for a place that could house our large family. We came across this home and this house was so beautiful and the surroundings are breathtaking! I wish that we were there and was able to truly enjoy this beautiful home. I had forgotten my pillows and drove all the way back and I couldn’t get back in the house and the owners drove all the way out there so that I could get them! Plus, when we first got there they had delicious raspberry cream...

« What a special place! Such a relaxing and enjoyable experience soaking in the springs and relaxing on the healing mats. The only downsides are the rooms are smaller and bathroom situation for larger people is a hazard for hitting your head or bumping into things. That's the charm though as it's a true historic building and it is part of the experience. The area is so beautiful and quaint, highly recommend a trip to explore this historic region with the beautiful foliage and the homemade fresh...
