Be prepared for some awkwardness when checking in, since you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the hotel stairs. Also, it says “continental breakfast” but there wasn’t much available when we were there. Don’t expect too much and just check out the bakery or coffee shop down the road instead (Haan’s and Morning Glow were both great). Would visit again!“

„What a surprising gem in the middle of Michigan. I came for a friend's wedding, and didn't expect such a vibrant community. The place was perfect for two of us and our dogs, with everything we needed, and it was very comfortable. Easy walk to beach, town, and park. „This small cottage is in a very nice setting, right by the water (a clean smooth canal that leads to the lake in about 200 yards or so. There is a wood deck on the front of the cottage that extends very slightly over the water's edge. The cottage walls on the water side and along the side with the kitchen area are windows which is very nice. The water side wall has a door with window. So, there is plenty of light and a nice view.
