« Excellent spot to use as your 'home base' while doing daily activities in the area. The Bear Den is well equipped with wifi and TVs to watch and relax after busy days of fishing, hiking, mining, or whatever else you plan for. The pool is within walking distance and viewable from the dining area. The Bear Den is like your home away from home with a kitchen well equipped for any cooking, and laundry in the unit. 5 stars for sure. »

« Overall we had a great stay. We look forward to our return. The property is beautifull and lots to see. Its located near several crystal mines and the general store down the street is convenient and prices are great. Owners are very friendly and available. Very family friendly place. Beautiful views to wake up to or just sit and relax in the afternoon. »

« A beautiful spot we stay at the creek side cabin two beds onside for adult other side for children, adult size 2 queen-sized beds, children size 4 bunk beds, all staggered, both have couches in them, both have TVS in them and a small kitchen in the middle. The creek side, you can sit on the porch with a swing and listen to the creek bable by plenty of room for the kids to get out. And run away. Close enough to all the local local activities, 5 stars out of 5 bathroom is located outside but...

« Absolutely perfect place. We were a little hesitant about sleeping on a pullout couch, but it was extremely comfortable and really fit. The host had so many little considerations that it felt like being in your friend’s house. Extremely clean every convenience you can think of. »

« Was a very good weekend. Property owner were very friendly and accommodating to us. I asked them if they could decorate for my boy friend and they did plus got a little cake for him. River was awesome also. »

« Very beautiful property with lots of great spots to choose from. I was car camping by myself and the host was more than happy to let me park near the guest facilities so I wouldnt have to make my late night bathroom trips in the dark. I was very surprised at how much was offered for guests (free use of washers &dryers, fridge/freezer, shower. Bathroom, etc.) Especially with how affordable the stay was. Definitely would reccomend! »

« We love that the property is clean and peaceful and the folks are friendly. The coffee is fresh every morning and amazing! We come at least once a year. What we didn’t like was discovering there is a charge for plate sharing at the restaurant!!! I did not even know that was a thing! And if you plan on getting anything to go, be prepared to be charged for every plate a service charge. Other than that, I absolutely love this place! And we will be back! »

« We’ve stayed here before. It’s perfect for a river trip. Very close to where you put in and a few restaurants. Beds are nice and coffee maker for either k cups or regular coffee. Everything you need. »

« A trustworthy and clean space each time I've stayed, 2 times now at the Joplin Inn, once in the harbor north cabins. I prefer the inn as it's convenient and right off the highway. They also offer an area in the back to wash any crystals that you might mine. 😊 »
