„My two nights here were just what I needed. So quiet with great hosts where nothing was too much trouble. The surroundings here make it easy to unwind and a dip in the pool is well worth it. Not too far from town that you can walk but far enough from the busy roads so you can relax. So glad I found this place. Will absolutely return again one day. “

„Lovely cottage, looks just like the photos. Check in was very easy. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower was good, and the kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. Sandon is 20 mins away from everything, so perfect for exploring the area. My only feedback was that when I arrived the cottage was freezing. The heating works very well, but it did take several hours for it to warm up. I would stay here again. “

„The cottage and surrounds were inviting and peaceful. Bed linen was beautiful, though we did find the mattresses too firm for us. Everything we needed was supplied and the fireplace kept the cottage cosy and warm. We also enjoyed the bookcase filled with an interesting mix of books and games, as well as the hammock and a fire by the dam to take in the beautiful starry sky. Elbert was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!“
