« Sale. Poussières poussées dans les coins. J’ai retrouvé une frite par terre, élastique et poussières, cheveux dans la salle de bain. Une serviette avait un amas de poussières dessus. Chambre donnant sur la piscine comme si vous étiez dans l’eau aussi. Vous ouvrez le rideau vous êtes avec les gens directement )Du coup super bruyant jusque 22h (la fermeture de la piscine). Rien d’un Radisson (pour les français). C est un motel. »

« Motel crasseux. À 140€ la nuit, c’est le pire rapport qualité-prix de tout notre séjour aux USA. Un motel 6 est bien moins cher, un Confort Inn est bien plus confortable. Ce motel est à fuir ! »

« This is one of those hotels that people live at. Like it had long term renters. Do not bring a family here. Lots of traffic and people in the parking lot through the night. We had to bring everything in from our vehicle because we were afraid we would be robbed. There are literally stickers on the inside of the door too the room saying that you should padlock the door for your own safety. »

« Building is new. Room was not ready till a hour after check in. Room need to be vacuumed and children's footprints on the bed. Breakfast was good. »

« It was quite and older but worked good for our trip. People were great and good location for grand haven and grand rapids airports half way. »

« We had to leave and stay at a different hotel due to the unsanitary conditions at Whitehall Cottages. The bed had dirt and hair on the sheets and all around the mattress. There’s no staff on the property and the owner didn’t respond back until later in the evening after we were already checked in to a different hotel. When I asked for a refund I was told he couldn’t do it because we booked through Expedia… »

« Do NOT go here. it smells horrible as they allow pets long term and don’t clean properly. then we saw a roach in the microwave and left in the middle of the night with 4 kids. Manager refused to give us a full refund and was UNAPOLOGETIC. disgusting. worst stay i’ve ever had »
