« We stayed at Gudauri Loft from Feb. 8th to 14th, 2020.
Starting with points to improve :
- Room not cosy, lacking furniture to store our clothes and things even though there is room for one or two additional drawers
-Bed mattress in parent room not comfortable. Very thin.
-Room was cold - in particular the bathroom - even though heaters were at maximum.

« Hotel is located near the slope, so you can ride in the morning direct to slope from trail, and also returning back to hotel using trail directly from last slope right after tractors. As I am working in hotel industry, I can tell, that personel is very good, attentive and helpfull, what is one of the most important things for guests. « I want to start from the beginning. Oto, who was at the front desk, was very nice, helpful, and welcoming. He explained everything in detail, which made us feel comfortable right away.
I stayed for the weekend (2 nights) and booked a family room. The room was spotless, the shower worked perfectly, and the cleaning lady was extremely kind and helpful.
