« I was in vacation with 3 friends, when we arrived, the girl at the reception didn't make any effort of language because we didn't understand anything ( however we speak english) and she was not friendly and not helpful. The room had a AWFUL view: very close to a wall with big pipes. Some workers came to fix some problems on those pipes at 7 am and was laughing and screaming without respecting guests so that we had to wake up while we wanted to have a big rest...

« Nice large rooms, super clean (even the toilet paper roll was replaced daily), nicely furnished and equiped.. (free Netflix when being there)
WiFi available all over the place (inside and outside of the room),
Great location (New Manila),
A couple of restaurants available within 2 mns walk (Jolibee and Shakeyâs pizza),
Spot for the grab cars to stop and wait,
Service was more than good and accommodating,
Really calm and the garden makes you forget about being in Manila, »

« The staff is nice and the room was comfortable but it was ants everywhere (bathroom, bed, table...) and we can see it's an old hotel (wall not clean, door with termites...)
At night there is a club just next to the hotel and we have free music with people who speak loudly. »
