„What a great house and property. We were visiting the Caldwell area for a birthday party and reunion. This house fit our needs just right. Being dog friendly is a huge plus, as my dog enjoyed the wide open spaces of the yard and surrounding areas. We had a busy schedule outside the house so we didn’t get to use much of it, but what we did use was highly functional. The house is rustic, but in a charming way. I’d stay again.“

„Our stay was amazing! There were so many things to do, and it was perfect for a decent sized group. If you want to grill some BBQ, there’s a great grill ready to use. If you’re into fishing, the pond was awesome (I caught around 15 fish in a one of my outings). If you’d rather stay in, there are plenty of games in the cabinet and cards at the table to keep everyone entertained. „Property is nice and clean, manager is responsive and easy to work with. Good communication. Pool is large, toys and equipment included. This is not a five star hotel location, but is in a very quiet, mountainous (as mountainous as it gets in SE Ohio) location. House is a little difficult to find, but it is set back a bit. Air conditioning works great, water pressure is a bit low, kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances. Bathrooms large and accommodating. Good location for four ...
