„The rooms and property inside and out were clean. Pool area and outside patio clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good; had lots of options. Joy was soo nice and very accommodating to all guests. She continually was cleaning and checking if anyone needed anything at breakfast and had a very pleasant and kind demeanor. Exceptional lady! “

„Beautiful property, couldn’t have asked for anything else everything was there. The owners respond super quick! If we could buy the place, we would! The pond and being able to catch and release was definitely an added bonus and made my husband and son extremely happy ! Would recommend to anyone! “

„Everything was perfect and matches the pictures all the way. the host was very nice and even added on a personal touch of leaving toothbrushes toothpaste and mini mouth washes. It felt very cozy and comfortable and the snack basket was a hit with the kids being that when I packed I forgot little snacks we even got to see some Amish with their horses and buggy's. “

„Property is nice and clean, manager is responsive and easy to work with. Good communication. Pool is large, toys and equipment included. This is not a five star hotel location, but is in a very quiet, mountainous (as mountainous as it gets in SE Ohio) location. House is a little difficult to find, but it is set back a bit. „This house was able to fit 8 grown men comfortably. There was plenty of space to hang out in as a group. The dining table fit everyone for meals. The converted garage area was a great spot. The pond and gazebo were a good add on as well. 10/10 would definitely stay there over and over again. “
