« Room was immaculate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a small buffet with options for toast, muffins, donuts, cereal and yogurt. Fresh and good. My son and his friends loved the pool and slides as well as the hot tub. Bar/restaurant was small but friendly staff and then had a live dealer blackjack table. Overall it was a wonderful stay at a great hotel. »

« I checked in just before 12AM and had to use the rear door which was close to my room. I understood why the old lady gave me 3 cards: they didn't update the access system to RFID yet for those building access doors. I had to use the card with a magnetic stripe after several attempts. So, I had to carry 2 cards every time I was going out of the building. The craziest problem was Wifi. They gave me the password for The Bismarck Hotel but it kept asking for the password without connecting. I...

« Items the hotel could do better: linens and cleanliness overall. It is an old building in need of repairs, ok- pretty normal. Bed sheets were scratchy and poor quality with the top layer feeling more like a shower curtain than bed linen. Shower towels were nearly see-through thin and came only with 1 in a king size suite room with a hot tub on a reservation for 2.
