« Had no choice but to book a room on the first floor that was meant for people who need "assistance". Room had zero charm at all and I felt like I was in a hospital especially in the bathroom. On top of that it was full of golfers who made a lot of noise. Anyways, bad stay overall. I know I should not be suprised as I booked this type of room but still... »

« Lovely hotel. In a fantastic location right by the entrance of Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Worth paying the extra for a room at the back looking out over the Maned Wolves and Lar Gibbons. We loved watching the animals from our room. Beds were comfy, shower was great and the toiletries smelt lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Was also a reasonable price unlike other zoo hotels which can cost £1000s. (We went midweek in September when the schools have...

« bed too tough, restaurant expensive and low quality »

« The staff was very very pleasant and welcoming including for our dog! They kept asking us if everything g was ok and helped us with the dinner in the bar because our dog wasn't admitted in the restaurant. Special thanks to Youssef for talking to us in french! i highly recommend this hotel ! »

« Clean rooms with staff always available. Would stay again »

« Chambre simple et fonctionnelle. Personnel serviable. »

« Great little room for an overnight stay. Would have been better if the restaurant was open earlier but it’s close enough to the shopping area. More like a motel, parking right outside the room. Would definitely stay again. »

« Needs a good update. A bit of a throwback to the 70s! Room clean.but in a poor state of repair. Not impressed that you have to pay £7 a day for parking in the hotel car park which adds to tbe overall cost! »

« Room dated paper peeling off, wash basin poor at best. No breakfast, television reception terrible, The whole hotel could do with a good clean and decorating. Drinks not at the price's stated. »
