„The positive: Sheets and towels were clean. Room was vacuumed and overall clean AC was in good working order. Staff were friendly. The negative: Intermittent hot water issues. Screens were ripped so we couldn't open windows. There was a deoderizer placed on the AC fan that was just an awful, overpowering smell. Toilet paper dispenser was very rusty. Large dead bug found in one drawer. The wiring/cords for the TV look like a tornado hit it. No coffee in the room. The breakfast had a ...

„This place is the best hotel to stay in chadron. I've stay at most and this is by far the best. Clean, staff friendly and helpful, you get what you pay for. Is you can afford it, stay here, you'll be much happier. And I'm a cheap kind of guy, but after staying in many of the other hotels over the years, I'll pay the extra here. Well worth it“

„Clean room except sheets had yellow stains on them. Friendly front desk folks. A/C was running when we walked in which was nice because it was a really hot day. Traveled with our two dogs. Very well maintained property. Didn’t notice a designated pet area but we found some grassy areas to use. Property is very close to highway so be careful with pets when outside.“

„Ghost Canyon Gettaway is a wonderful place! All aspects of our stay were very enjoyable. Communication with our host was great. Everything was clean and the location is quiet. It's close to Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore and Wind Cave is not that far either. Hermosa is reasonably close to get supplies or go eat. My wife had a nice time and that's important:) Highly recommended!“

„I had a problem with my credit card booking the property so o had to cancel my initial booking. I rebooked right away and corrected the problem. I figured since I was rebooking with a different credit card that they would refund my initial booking but they did not. They will not respond to my communication attempts. I would not recommend this place.“

„Absolutely liked everything about this place. The only downfall with our stay was the present of wasps. My husband looked and found a nest. I messaged the owner and they took care of removing the nest that same day. We highly recommend anyone to stay at this place. We stayed in unit 3 and I’m sure all the other units are just as great .. “

„It took a couple days to adjust to the change in view from our favorite spot on the back porch, not to mention the sounds of construction on Christmas Eve as the monstrosity of a home being built against the mesa continued. Our favorite spot at the Getaway is now much different as the peaceful seclusion we once experienced is now property tainted by money. “

„This was a great little cabin in a beautiful area. The deer were great to see most mornings as we were watching the sunrise. We also saw wild turkeys. Very relaxing place to stay and close to other attractions.“
