« The was a very comfortable and cozy hotel. I had a great time here. I found it impeccably clean, and the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. It's walking distance from the downtown shopping area, but still pretty quiet. There is a lovely lounge and bar area that is very comfortable and welcoming. The shower worked very well too. I would love to stay here again! »

Notre chambre se situait malheureusement pour nous juste au dessus du bar, nous y avions sĂ©journĂ© un week-end donc quand le bar est Ă©galement ouvert. Les murs laissent passer tout le bruit de la rue et du bar et ce jusqu’à minuit. Petit dĂ©jeunĂ© trĂšs copieux et trĂšs bon, service hyper sympa et serviable. Chambres spacieuses. »

« This was a pleasant cottage with parking in front. It was nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable.It was five minutes from a co-op food shop which opens seven days a week 7 am to 10 pm. Almost opposite the bus station and a two minute walk to the ferry. Bike hire is available in Stromness. And we had a great day taking the ferry over to hoy, cycling to Rackwick Bay and walking to see the old man of hoy sea stack. The cottage includes a small washing machine which we did use (only...

« This location was a great place to stay to explore Orkney. We loved the isolated and peaceful area. Plenty to do and see if you are prepared to drive a few miles. Spectacular cliff top walks with an abundance of bird life. The accommodation has everything you need for a self catering holiday. We stocked up with everything we needed from Tesco in Kirkwall after getting off the ferry. »
