« grosse déception pour cet hôtel appartenant à la chaine Nikko sans charme : très cher pour la prestation et vieillissant. Chambre sans vue avec des peintures verdâtres largement défraichies, une électricité dangereuse car les prises sont décollées des murs, certains appareils sont branchés directement avec les fils dans la prise, WC à la japonaise avec douche et séchoir. L'essentiel n'y est pas mais il y a le superflu. L'hôtel fait payer le wifi mais cela ne marche pas. Bref l'hôtel est à éviter...

« Great experience. If you want a get away from everything this is the place. The place is 45-min from all of the outdoor activities and the town of Koror but it's amazing place to relax and unwind. Hotel room is nice and spacious with a stunning view of the ocean. »

« We loved our stay at Sea Passion Hotel. The staff (especially the young ladies at reception) were always friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Our room was large, with two big, comfortable beds. The ocean view is a little spoilt by the main road, but when our shower wasn’t getting hot on the first day this was fixed very quickly. « Although I had booked a room for one night, I couldn't stay there: a bad storm hit the island few days before we arrive and the generator broke down. Nonetheless, the driver was waiting for me at the airport and drove me to the hotel I was rebooked at. It was very good and no surprise with the price. Excellent customer service despite the situation they had to go through. Will definitely give it a try again. »

« Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. »

« Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately. »

« The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable. »
