« The place smelled like smoke unfit for someone to stay. The floor was coming up and the plumbing was so close that when you tried to go to the bathroom, you bumped your leg getting up on the vanity. »

« Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross »
