I would have thought they would at the least give us a partial refund. I realize checkout was 11:00 but things change and it just happens . We were gone all day so couldn't check out. « The property was clean, neighbours were great, bathrooms were well maintained and looked after. Our tent was clean, stocked and comfortable. The ONLY thing I could say was a negative is it's right next to medi helicopter, both nights we were there it woke us up. However, it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. I just wish I knew in advance because we may have stayed at the Lodges instead of the tent (apparently they couldn't hear it). »

« I had read previous reviews and thought this would be a good place to stay for visiting The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum. We were disappointed that several light bulbs were out and we didn’t have adequate lighting. The batteries in 2 out 3 of the remote controls did not work. The bathroom did have plenty of bath towels but only one hand towel and one hand towel in the kitchen for 4 days was not adequate. « It was interesting and as close to camping as I will probably get. The restrooms were inconvenient for early morning and or late night... Could have used a chamber pot. All and all not bad. »

« This was my first time glamping and that experience was absolutely amazing. I love the space inside and the fact it was air conditioned. Th outside appearance is what got me, looking like house tent. I did not mind the beautiful bathhouse which a short walk from my tent. The bathhouse was great, clean and had the essentials for bathing. I will definitely revisit this establishment again. »

« Beautiful setting. Cabin is clean and rustic! Judy was gracious and a joy to meet. Great communication. She is also an artist! The only thing i coukd suggest for a major improvement (for us older folks) would be a nice foam topper for bed. Otherwise loved our stay! »

« Williamstown is an extremely quiet town. Our room was right across from the ice cream parlor. It seems as if the rest of the town closes on Sunday - Wednesday. Not much shopping could be done. As for the room, very clean. However, no access to outside unless you are leaving. No balcony or porch to hang out on. « Train rain near by every hour during the night while we tried to sleep it seemed like and kinda outdated and old features and microwave too high up for any of us to reach to use. Washer and dryer on its last legs shakes and makes horrible noises. »
