« There was a few issues from stains on the sheets and couch. The key locks did not consistently work to lock the facility. The hot water did not work unless turned to cold. The hot tub and top smelled like mildew. We attempted to reach out to the host the first night and never heard anything back. If they could fit those issues or at least a responded, that could have helped. »

« The gravel drive that the cabins are on is absolutely horrible. Iv never been on a drive that bad before. There are pot holes everywhere and they are super deep. There are steep hills to go up and down and it’s honestly nearly impossible to do if you don’t have a 4x4. It was only stated in the winter one is needed. I believe it’s needed all year road. I appreciate the owners upgrading me to the closest cabin. That was very nice of them. However I went to look at my car and there are literally...

« I had a weekend with just my youngest this summer so I let her pick a getaway she said Hocking Hills! I felt very comfortable and safe staying at this campground by myself with 3 teens. Besides all the hiking there was so much to do at the campground! Between the swings in all the trees, the playground and pond my kids never wanted to leave. I did not mind sitting on the giant neck drinking coffee. I am differently interested in coming back with more family to a bigger camper on the grounds! »

« The location was peaceful and close to hiking and restaurants. There was plenty of deer and rabbits for our viewing pleasure. I liked there was no internet so that my vacation forced me to disconnect and relax (something I have a hard time doing). Take some games, DVDs, and books and relax. Only one real recommendation - chairs (rockers or a porch swing) on the front porch. It is a great porch and that is where we saw most of the wild life. I could have sat out there for hours. »
