« We had a two night, two room reservation through Expedia. When we got to the hotel the front desk attending, rudely informed me that they had overbooked the hotel and that since we booked through Expedia the cancelled our reservation and sent us a message through Expedia. The message, which we didn’t see since we were traveling was sent 3 hrs prior to the scheduled check in time. The attendant at the front desk informed us that they have rooms at the adjoining hotel but that she would not...

« Large great room was perfect for catching up with family. Property was clean with lots of space. Within short driving distance of everything in Columbus. »

« My last stay here was good. Unfortunately this one was not so good. I booked a king & only 2 queen was available. One bed has pretty firm & one very soft. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was mold onthe shower caulking. Towels were grimy looking but bed Linens ok. I was disappointed because I like to give local businesses my money. Not worth the money. »
