„The grounds were beautiful! The tents were spaced out, but not so far that they didn't give a community feel. My boys really enjoyed the river access. It was shallow and easy to get to. Everything was well maintained and the grounds were very clean! I definitely recommend this place. It was an awesome experience.“

„We stayed here while attending the Earl Scruggs Music Festival at TIEC. It was a good value, especially compared to the on site options. It is a short distance to TIEC, but it is a drive, not a walk, which wasn't a problem. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and the A/C worked well.
