« Confortable et propre. Le personnel du restaurant est attentionné. Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. »

« Hotel is well maintained and rooms were clean. Time taken for Check-In and Check-Out procedure was more than usual, may be - because of new staff - new system in place. Pointed out a shower head issue to the maintenance team. Restaurant serving time was long and requires improving the speed of service. However, Food was tasting good. In general, this hotel is good to stay and recommend as well. »

« Positive: The service staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Negative: Since the windows cannot be opened, the room often had an unpleasant smell and lacked proper ventilation. Improvement: The iPad provided to control the room and request services was sticky and not very responsive. In practice, we still had to call reception for most requests, which reduced its usefulness. »
