„The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square. The family owners of this property are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities. “

„Gostei muito, quarto amplo, cama confortável, aquecimento no quarto, quarto limpo, café da manhã 10/10, ainda flexibilizaram um pouco o horário dele pelo horário da saída do nosso ônibus do terminal terrestre de puno. Os funcionários também foram super atenciosos, fizeram uma surpresa super fofa para o nosso aniversário de namoro e nos auxiliaram com tudo o que precisamos, inclusive táxi para os passeios etc. Ah e a vista do quarto é magnífica, era exatamente o que queríamos, algo que nos ...

„Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Unser Bus nach La paz wurde gecancelt wegen eines mehrtägigen Streiks. Die beiden Damen an der Rezeption haben uns dann eine Bootsfahrt nach Bolivien organisiert. Auch sonst war alles top. sauber, gutes Morgenessen...“

„We had an amazing one night experience staying at Casita del Titicaca. The hospitality was outstanding and we very much enjoyed Edens company. He took us fishing, arranged for logistics to and from Puno and served us excellent meals for dinner, breakfast and lunch, food was both fresh and tasty and we had desserts as well. The bathrooms are as comfortable as can be but we did have hot showers (low water pressure but thats a given). The beds were warm and comfortable and all three of us slept ...

„First we were given a room in the far corner with no Wifi although we specified that we wanted wifi. They moved us to another room right in the middle, which was perfect and close to everything but unfortunately the lights were on all night outside and people were talking till the very early hours of the morning. Room was nice, bathroom was good. Service could have been a little more friendlier.“
