« Window a/c was full of mold so the apartment smelled musky, no hot water the first night i was there.. the host did have the issues addressed.. bed fell apart in the middle of the night and mattress ended up on the floor… the dishes were not very clean! The dinner is only open 2 evening ls a week »

« We spoke to 2 different associates on two separate days, both ensuring a late checkout of 1pm. At 11am, the manager called our room and rudely told us we needed to leave, she didn't see where we were doing late checkout. When we went to the desk to talk to her she totally thru the previous day's associate under the bus saying "I've had a lot of problems with her." That's not the customer's issue nor should a manager do that in front of a customer. Her rude demeanor and refusal to accommodate...

The last stay my bathroom flooded and the door would not close properly. The staff did the best they could to clean up and fix the door. « Very old building. Some cobwebs. Carpet was pretty dirty. »
