« La première chose à dire concernant le Old Courthouse Inn est qu'il se trouve directement placé derrière une usine à papier. Si cela ne nous a pas gêné pour dormir, c'est vraiment dommage car l'usine cache la vue de la jolie baie de Powell River. Ensuite, c'est un hôtel dit "boutique", en hommage à la mère du propriétaire et aux années 50: c'est un amoncellement de meubles et d'objets pas particulièrement beaux mais qui ont en commun le fait d'être vieux. Il en résulte une odeur de poussière...

« The motel is a little dated but that did not effect our stay at all. The room was clean and quaint. We were close to where we needed to be. It's close to shopping and food and the. There was no A/C but there were 3 fans to keep us cool. Definately would stay there again. »

« Lovely cabin with a beautiful view of the ocean. The loft with another bed was a mystery as there was no ladder or other conceivable way of getting up to it. Lol....perhaps a challenge for guests? Peaceful surroundings made this a nice little getaway. »

« Lovely place. Very kind and thoughtful owner left a note for our daughter who was there for a race. Hot tub was lovely before and after a hard day of biking. Place is a wee bit smaller than we thought but was great. »

« I stayed here with a friend in the small cottages. The place was very clean, and we each had our own separate small cottage. I was in the one that was sort of the living room, and my friend was in the one with the kitchen on the bottom and the bed in the loft above. There was a shared bathroom in a separate building between the two and a large deck connecting everything. There is no real cover over the deck, so the first night, it was raining hard, and we got a bit wet going to the bathroom, but...

« We were on a road trip, Texada Island was one of our stops. We booked at Seascapes. We found the hosts welcoming also giving ideas on things to see during our short stay.The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. »

« Wonderful hosts, very helpful throughout our stay! The glamping trailer was so sweet and had everything we needed, and more. When we arrived late on a cool evening, there was a heater on and pretty deck lights to welcome us. The outdoor space is very large a really maximizes the usable area. The robes were a nice touch to move between trailer and hottub, and the hottub was a highlight! There was nothing missing from our experience staying here. We hope to visit again! »
