« Ok stay at this hotel. The staff and the food made that stay worth it, both were excellent. The hotel is quite far for the city center, but it's ok. The hotel have a driver that will take you there, but the city of Arusha is not really nice. You can't walk 2 min without someone pushing you to buy junk stuff. The pool was dirty and really not inviting, but wifi was really good. Some roomnhave a fridge other not, one night the AC didn't work, it was really hot in the room. The hotel is not sound...

« N'allez pas à cet hotel, on est arrivé il n'y avait pas d'électricité. Le réceptionniste trouvait ça normal, notre guide a discuté avec lui pendant plus de 5 minutes aprÚs quoi il a consenti a allumer le générateur. Les coupures de courant était trop récurante. Et le pire ce fut quand on a voulu partir. Nous avions payer une pension complete mais l'hotel a refuser de nous laisser partir si ne nous payons pas 18$ pour les boissons et 20$ pour le repas du chauffeur. Le repas du chauffeur je peux...

« My friend and I stayed here for two days and we were beyond disappointed. The hotel is very overpriced and the services and food provided are subpar. Food and drinks are priced quite high for the region and the quality was very unimpressive.
The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and there is no AC in the room! It was very hard to sleep due to the high heat and humidity in the room at night. We have stayed in 3 other mid-budget hotels this trip and all of them had in room AC units. WiFi...
