« The hotel room was completely different from the pictures shown online. The property is much older than expected, and the room felt very small and outdated. We booked for 4 nights, hoping for a comfortable stay, but unfortunately the noise level was terrible. The room is not soundproof at all , you can clearly hear everything from the room next door, making it very difficult to sleep or rest properly. We have to book another hotel afterwards . Terrible experience ! »

« The attitude of the front desk clerk was horrible. The bathroom had used toilet paper on the roll. I don't want to touch any toilet paper that someone else has utilized and don't know what it could have been exposed to during that time.....the room is dated and needs renovations. »

« Séjour passable je dirai. j’ai mis 4 étoiles car le bâtiment reste beau et d’époque et le personnel est très sympa et services voiturier et dans le hall de l’hôtel ++ mais j’ai hésité à mettre 3 étoiles car je trouve que les travaux de rénovation dans les chambres ne sont pas de qualité et fait plus pensé à un hôtel 3 étoiles qu’un 4 étoiles. Il est sur côté je trouve. La peinture et l’équipement de la salle de bain ne sont pas signé d’un hôtel comme celui-ci! Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre...

« Even while under lobby renovations, we found the convention center Marriott impeccably maintained. There was a weekend convention going on, but there was still parking in their garage. The pool and gym seemed to be closed due to the work going on. Great coffee at KC’s Korner and the location was an easy walk to local restaurants… :) »

« Very comfortable, clean, and reasonable for a short stay! Not many amenities though, if that’s what you’re looking for. Otherwise, everything else about this place is pretty decent! »

« The receptionist and waitress were both friendly and attentive. My low rating for the hotel is due to the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels...

« The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again. »
