« I stayed doing a travel nurse gig in Covington over the weekend. Too much noise from construction workers staying there in rooms and a lot of low life, shady ppl hanging in the parking lot. Property supposed to be smoke free but hall way smelled like cigarette smoke. Otherwise the room was clean, very spacious and comfortable....just couldn't really relax from noise and wondering if my car was going to be safe in the parking lot. I would suggest security on duty to secure parking lot and more...

« Bed sheets rough material, AC not working properly, hair dryer was hanging on back of bathroom door when I took it out couldn’t use since someone had smashed it and taped it back together. Also ask for receipt and was told it would come from Expedia . Pillow’s very comfortable. »

« Booked and paid for a king bed because I had a service animal I was forced to take a twin double bed No iron in the room Bathroom was nasty I got bit by bed bugs The external party of the property was nasty trash Television cheap with the worse channels »

« J'avais une réservation pour 13 nuits. Je n'ai pas pu me présenter la première nuit car j'étais tombé en panne sur la route. Personne de l'hôtel ou d'Expedia ma téléphoner. Je me suis présenter le 2e soir pour prendre possession de ma chambre. J'étais conscient que j'allais perdre la première nuit étant donné que j'avais déjà tout payé a l'avance et que c'étais pas remboursable. Alors une fois rendu sur place le 2e soir, on a refusé de me donner une chambre par prétexte que je ne m'étais pas...

« La serveuse du resto a été gentille le samedi, mais EXÉCRABLE le lendemain. Du jamais vu. Il manquait de serviettes dans la chambre et le concierge n'est pas monté, il a fallu aller les chercher lea deux jours de suite. »

« Had no towels. Housekeeping was gone for the day. Got towels from the front desk. One of them was stained. Parking excellent. Front desk guy, good. Breakfast, I’d give about a 6 on a 1 to 10 scale. »

« Breakfast was better than expected. Didn’t like our room. 1st floor next to main lobby, breakfast area and down the hall from the pool. Noisy. Could hear every footstep from the guests above us. As well as the water running. Probably won’t stay at a Holiday Inn again. »
