« Delightful rural retreat combining all mod cons with rustic cosy charm. Excellent communication with owner, Maria, who was more than helpful with advice and a great welcome package. The cabin is fully stocked for log fire, strong hot shower, dishwasher and laundry, changes of bedding and towels on our long stay and with a well appointed kitchen. Great location to nip into Pickering for supplies, up on the moors and into Whitby, or around the corner to Dalby Forest. You can even see the NYMR...

« Very cute and quaint cottage with lots of greenery all around. Very comfortable accommodations, and the freshly baked loaf of bread was such a thoughtful touch. We wish we could have stayed longer! »

« Our cottage was exactly as pictured and described. Our hostess left really good instructions and made sure we felt welcome with a personal note. The property location is absolutely perfect, close to restaurants, stores, and many shops; all within walking distance. It is a great hub for seeing the Moors, the Dales, and the Lake District. We couldnât be happier with our stay. »
