„This room in this home is basically a two season rental - spring or fall. This room does not have air conditioning. It was so hot during our July visit we couldn't stay the second night of our two-night visit. The squeeky broken ceiling fan did nothing to make it better. Other visitors have mentioned it was cold during their visit. There is no thermostat for the heat so you are relying on a remote thermostat somewhere else in the house to control the baseboard radiators. The location was ...

„Perfect beach cabin for a relaxing long fall weekend. Very short walk (less than 1 minute) over the dune to the beautiful beach. Need to take stairs/ramp down to the beach, not accessible at peak high tide, but this isn't a problem. Long beatiful beach, perfect for walking the dog, or a run to Fort Baldwin. Downtown Bath is about 25 minutes away, lots of shops, grocery, coffee, etc. Perfect space for our Bernese Mountain Dog - we even joined the annual Berner's in Bath gathering! Cabin was a bit ...

„The place was very clean, very quiet area, and pet friendly which was great. Nice places to walk the dog, take evening walks etc. Excellent restaurants nearby, we had a lovely time. Maybe a bit pricey (it is July at a tourist destination).“

The Host was quick to answer any questions we had, and very accommodating when needed. Cozy cabin, beautiful view of the Ocean, and hearing the waves all day and night was spectacular.
